INGREDIENTS:
Cat's Claw Bark, or Una de Gato, is a woody vine with sharp thorns that grows in the tropical jungles of Central and South America. It is used traditionally in Peruvian medicine for the treatment of a wide range of health problems.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cat's claw tea is prepared from 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) of root bark by adding 1 cup (250 ml) of water and boiling for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool, strain and drink one cup three times per day w/a few drops of lemon juice.
