The Church Hills

Quick Facts:

Duration: 1.0 hr. to 2.0 hours

Distance: 2/3 miles

Difficulty: Easy to moderate to difficult, mostly flat walk. Expect dirt paths, hills, some rocky terrain, and can include a couple of staircases.

What to wear: Sturdy tennis shoes or hiking boots recommended; long breathable pants, if you decide to wear shorts...we encourage wearing long socks, sunscreen, rainwear, multiple layers (as weather requires) are also recommended. Refrain from wearing perfume or scented lotions.🐝

What to bring: A light backpack to include water and snacks. Although not mandatory, walking sticks if desired. A hat, bug spray, a bag to dispose of food wrappers, and litter items.

LEAVE NO TRACE 🚫🚮

Weather concerns: Some light rain can make for an enjoyable walk with the right clothing! But in case of heavy rain or inclement weather, we will cancel.
